Stairs Take a New Direction and Venting for the Cold Cellar!
This Stouffville homeowner wanted to change direction of steps, correct his water leak into cold cellar and remove smell from cold cellar.
We installed new steps facing front of the home, we waterproofed the cold cellar and installed a 4” diameter hole for venting. This makes the home look radically different, attractive, and improves the cold cellar.
A new black railing will be installed soon to complete this project.
